Producer
A producer at Berg Andonian primarily works at generating new sales. The Producer is paid a percentage of the revenue generated by their book of business.
Account Executive
An Account Executive at Berg Andonian is the primary relationship manager for our accounts. They are responsible for account retention. They are expected to manage the renewal process and work to ensure that their book of clients receive superior service from Berg Andonian.
Account Manager
An Account Manager at Berg Andonian assists the Account Executive on their assigned book of business. They are responsible for solving daily service issues, quoting, preparation of spreadsheets, renewal paperwork, enrollment meetings, database updates and client meetings.
Sales Representative
A sales representative works in our individual insurance department selling individual medical insurance, Medicare supplement policies, Medadvantage plans and individual life insurance.
