As a founding partner of Berg Andonian, Joe has contributed to the success of consistent client growth and excellent customer service. Joe is a Gig Harbor resident with his wife and 4 children.

Kirk Andonian
Principal
As a founding partner of Berg Andonian, Kirk has a thorough understanding of the specific needs of his clients. Kirk loves living in Gig Harbor with the privilege of being married to his wife Mari, and being the father of 4 excellent children.
Kirk sticks with a double tall latte throughout the year. No thanks to iced fru fru drinks.
His favorite saying currently is, “Armenians make the best business partners."
Gayle Norton
Office Manager
Since 2000, Gayle has been the heart and soul behind the Berg Andonian operation. Gayle makes sure the office is always running smoothly, building relationships with her co-workers and keeping the office in pristine condition. Gayle has 2 children, Sarah and Ben, and 3 grandchildren, Madelyn, Weston and Graceyn.
Gayle not only adds flavor to the Berg Andonian office, but also enjoys hazelnut flavoring in her morning cup of brew.
The best advice Gayle has received, “Don’t sweat the small stuff” and “Pick your battles.”
Mary Best
Account Executive
Mary joined the Berg Andonian team in 2003 as an Account Manager and was promoted to an Account Executive in 2009. Prior to Berg Andonian, she worked as a Direct Marketing Manager for a capital equipment company.
Mary enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her family. She especially enjoys the newest member of her family, Nora, a spoiled Scottish Terrier who attends doggy daycare two days a week.
Favorite motto? "If it's not broken, don't fix it."
Favorite Starbucks drink? "Double-tall nonfat latte."
Favorite part of her job? "The relationships I have developed with clients and coworkers over the years."
Jessica Carr
Account Manager
Jessica has been reliable part of the Berg Andonian team since 2006. Jessica is a long time resident of Gig Harbor who graduated from Peninsula High School and Central Washington University. She is a fantastic mother to her very active and sports enthusiast son, Tyler.
When Jessica is feeling caffeine deprived, you will find her in line at Starbucks ordering her favorite, grande vanilla latte.
Jessica’s father once told her, “If you work hard enough, you create your own luck.”
Salli Brandon
Account Manager
Salli has been part of the Berg Andonian team since 2010 and she works with Mary Best. Prior to coming to Berg Andonian, Salli worked for a Third Party Administrator as an Account Manager for self-funded health plans. She graduated from the University of Washington. Go Huskies! Salli lives in Parkland with her husband and son.
Salli's favorite drink is a double tall nonfat no whip mocha.
Her favorite motto is, "Fall down seven times, stand up eight."
Jill Palmer
COBRA Administrator
Jill performs that important role of processing paperwork and payments for clients who hire us to administer their COBRA obligations. Jill also performs bookkeeping and accounting tasks. Prior to coming to Berg Andonian, Jill worked as an Accountant at Weyerhaeuser.
Jill lives in DuPont with her husband and son. Jill's favorite drink is a triple vente skinny vanilla latte.
Jill's life motto is, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."
Sue Server
Marketing Representative
Since July of 2005, Sue has been a cherished member of the Berg Andonian team as a Marketing Representative. She currently resides in Port Orchard, is the mother of 3 and a grandmother to 6.
Sue’s favorite caffeinated beverage is a decaf, double tall, skinny white chocolate mocha.
The best advice Sue has ever received was from her grandmother who said, “No matter how bad things are, look for the good.”
Nicole Short
Marketing Representative/Certified Senior Advisor
Nicole has been an asset to the Berg Andonian team since 2006. She has over 15 years experience in the health insurance industry in which she has performed a variety of duties including sales, account management and customer service. Nicole's primary focus is selling individual and family insurance, as well as Medicare Supplement plans. Nicole is a Gig Harbor resident with her husband, Leonard, and their three dogs.
All Nicole needs for her day to day pick-me-up is a good cup of coffee or iced latte.
Nicole lives by the words, “Every day is a holiday, every meal a feast.”
