Joe Berg has thirty years of industry experience. With an emphasis on customer service and claims risk reduction in the fully-insured and self-funded markets, Joe leads the client strategy and compliance segments of our work. Through his knowledge and many carrier relationships, Joe achieves great results in the renewal process for fully-insured and self-funded stop loss products.
Kirk Andonian has over two decades in the industry and focuses on the technology and self-funded aspects of the business. Kirk achieves great results for clients through an in-depth knowledge of underwriting and his relationships with carrier and stop-loss underwriters . Using technology, Kirk has designed custom services for clients so they enjoy greater efficiency in employee benefit administration. In addition to working with clients and mentoring staff, Kirk leads our agency acquisition efforts. When Kirk is not working, he loves spending time in the mountains or being on any type of water with his wife Maria.
Traci Zebruck, THRP
Director of Client Services
Traci is our Director of Client Services; she oversees the day-to-day management of our clients and their employees to assist them with untangling the web of employee benefits. Traci believes that knowledge is power and shares her 35 years of experience with her team in order to provide them with tools to deliver a positive client experience. Traci is a graduate of the University of Washington, a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU), Certified Self-Funded Specialist (CSFS), and a Tribal Human Resource Professional (THRP). She possesses the background and knowledge to deliver comprehensive employee communications, strategic marketing ideas, and analytics that an employer can use to make the most informed renewal decision. She has been honored on several occasions with the President’s Circle award and is also a member of the President’s Club. She earned these awards for her outstanding commitment to community service, being a role model to her peers, and going above and beyond to deliver exceptional support to both her team and the clients. Traci’s inspiration to do an outstanding job comes from her heart of compassion and empathy for everyone. Growing up, Traci has lived and traveled to just about every state in the lower 48 and spent four years living in Okinawa with her family. When she moved from the East Coast to the West Coast, she did so by driving and camping in a tent each night, along with her family, two dogs, and one cat!
Britt began her career in the banking and investments industry. She then moved to employee benefits, where she has worked more than 17 years. Britt has served as consultant, advocate and advisor to individuals and all-sized groups. She approaches her work at Berg Andonian with a thorough professionalism as she creates and delivers custom solutions to clients. Britt holds a Business/Marketing degree from Pacific Lutheran University. She loves the Sounders, Seahawks and Mariners.
Ryan Berg, CPA, THRP
Ryan brings knowledge of accounting and employer financial statements to his work as a benefits consultant. Ryan began his career with Ernst & Young in Seattle as a Senior Accountant. Ryan connects the employer’s financial team and HR/benefit team to engineer solutions that control cost and deliver value. In 2018, Ryan earned his Tribal Human Resources Professional Designation, THRP.
Rose Gilsdorf, THRP
Client Service Representative
Rose serves as a Client Service Representative for mid and large market groups. In 2018, she earned her Tribal Human Resources Designation (THRP). From 2015 to 2017, Rose worked for the The Leavitt Group as an Account Manager. Prior to her life in the employee benefits industry, Rose worked for Modern Woodmen of America, owned a specialized apparel business, and was a merchandise manager for JC Penney. When not working or spending time with her three very busy teenaged children, Rose enjoys gardening, reading and photography.
Robin's career began in human resouces as an Employee Benefits Administrator for Insulate Windows. After 8 years in HR, Robin moved to Microsoft as a Project Manager. She received her Project Management Certification while there managing Tier 3 level events (events with more than 30,000 attendees, such as Microsoft's TechEd conferences). After Microsoft, Robin became a Business Develoment Manager for the Kent Chamber of Commerce. After this varied experience, Robin jumped to the benefits industry with Leavitt Group Northwest before coming to Berg Andonian. Robin is a Certified Yoga Instructor and a Certified Aromatherapist. She loves kayaking, scuba diving and pretty much all water sports. Like all Berg Andonian employees, Robin is definitely a "12" and loves our Seahawks!
K. Lee Clemons
K. Lee Clemons came from Rapport Benefits Group and joins Berg Andonian as a consultant. Lee has long provided great service and solutions for individuals with their individual life and disabiltiy coverage. Lee is a resource for employers who wish to review higher limits for disability and life insurance plans and design those plans to fulfill employer business objectives.
Data and Research Analyst
Kendra Knouff, our Data and Research Analyst, provides expertise in data research for client reporting. She also manages our blog, social media presence and website to keep us fresh and connected. Kendra studied Journalism at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has been a part of the Berg Andonian family for the last 3 years. In her free time, Kendra enjoys baking, reading, running, and sharpening her skills as a bubble blower, storyteller and playdough engineer with her husband and two young boys.
